Bush had eight years most of them with a Republican Congress to fix it, if he wanted.

All efforts were thwarted by Barney and Company playing the race card. The Utube videos are most enlightening. Barney along with Maxine were a deadly duo protecting Fannie.

To blame the financial crisis on Bush and ignore the role of a Who's Who in Democratic leadership both in Congress and management of Fannie is simply a partisan spin of the facts that is so readily bought by the uninformed.

Perhaps it is more of an indictment of the pay to play games that are conducted in Washington - which would be another example of why we should "end government as we know it".

The more I think of it Steve is right - I do want to end government as we know it.
