Interesting, but the only problem with that scenario is that it's not realistic since it's not an accurate depiction of real time travel... in real time travel, in order to travel forward in time, you have to travel so fast that no one would be able to look inside the capsule since it's moving so fast, someone may not even notice it passing... the only way someone could look into the capsule is if they're also moving with the capsule, and if so, then they would also be traveling forward in time at the same speed as the capsule... the guy inside the capsule would appear normal and they could wave to each other...
