First, that's not a NLRB violation, not now, not ever, and, second, anyone can stretch a point by saying that any governing body can abuse their discretion but such fantastic speculations don't mean anything in the cold, hard world of reality.

Ed, opening a new plant in South Carolina is not a NLRB violation either, yet Boeing is being prosecuted for it. All your response amounts to proclaiming your faith and trust the in the NLRB's reasons.
