I still think the real kicker in all this is that Obama has all but admitted his speech is really of such little significance that he's had to be mindful of the NFL opener on Thursday night. Needing a joint session of Congress but also worrying about a football game just doesn't jive. The NFL ratings are going to kick his ass...what an utter embarrassment. Did Kennedy worry about Gunsmoke during the Cuban Missile Crisis? Geez.
