I hope, but doubt, that the Republican reply afterwards really blasts him. They need Rubio to go on and say that everything proposed will just make matters worse, that Obama's constant new regulations are costing thousands of jobs every week, and that Congress is going to focus on passing laws to stop these actions.

Rubio needs to say that if he had set out to ruin the economy in 2009 he could not have done a better job of it than Obama has done. Nothing he has done has helped.
