My liberal friends are not happy with the Gibson Guitar thing. Here is what one wrote on another site.

"This is Criminal in so many ways. I thought we needed to create jobs, not send more out of this country??"

I'm thinking that maybe Obama might want to call off the attack dogs at the DOJ. This may Obama's worst PR event yet.

and more...

First off, the CEO of Gibson said the Governments of these countries gave Gibson the proper paper work for exportation of the wood. So I believe they deserve an expedited hearing in order to find out if or where the fault lies. Second, the Government was not doing the inspections of the rigs that that they were supposed to. I still have to wonder why Tiny Tony and Admiral Thad Allen were having dinner in a posh NO restaurant during the disaster? Third if they export the labor to Madagascar, will it fall the way of the problems that India has with the call centers? Meaning, they get the personnel trained and then they quit. Apparently this has become a big problem and is why some companies are bringing the call centers back to the U.S.?

and even more:

We are FXXXXXD....right/left ... No difference. It is like being FXXXXd by John Holmes but he is impotent! Every day more sh!t from a Government that no longer relates to or represents The People
