We've already established that your main premise...that Holder told his justice dept. to drop all civil rights cases and never start new ones...is false.

Maybe you need another bite at that apple...a chance to show proof of such a serious charge? You'll recall that your last attempt fell tragically short of the mark, in fact the arrow never left the bow, but maybe you'll do better this time. Ed
