for those who have ever worked at a company with several layers or management, employees regardless of rank know when management has made wrong strategic or tactical decisions that are inhibiting company goals. at some point it becomes so obvious that everyone who can continues working, but they are also mentally waiting around for the reorganization to come. it seems we have reached that point with the latest elected top management in the usa government.
