It's a question of fact, not law, with respect to whether Boeing violated the unfair labor laws and harmed their union employees. I don't know the answer to that and neither do any of you. We're not privy to such facts, only the spin that's put out by the impacted parties.

What I WAS saying was that there are many situations where you can't simply point to the action taken by the accused and say; "that's a legal action." You have to delve deeper, find the facts that show intent and, if you think a violation has occurred, provide proof. That's what's happening in that case. That's how we do things in this real, non-internet fantasy world. Ed
