Pull much of your money out of Wall Street and invest and spend in your local communities, create local business and jobs and spend with local merchants whenever possible . If you have your net worth invested in WS, gold, talk doom and gloom amongst your family and friends , do the ugly politics 24/7, then you are the problem too.. oh more irony Jim but that is why you still want me here I guess...the biggest irony of all regarding our RE board is the interest in on topic RE opportunity and investment posts have been at record low levels for a while now..lol
