Real scientists go out and collect their own data, and write their own codes. You would know that, if you had ever written a paper. Only the usual suspects consider Mann to be suspect, and those folks either haven't gone beyond third grade science, or they dropped out of college after 7 years, or they flunked organic chemistry and then run for president. meteo.psu.edu "That's not how you do science." Since you do not now, and never have before, done science, you haven't a clue about how to do it.
