'Why talk RE when the world is coming to an end?' That part used to baffle me. Why are all these 'smart' people on that once fine board who were expecting the crash 5-6 years ago (we talked about it daily for years) seemingly even gloomier than the general public now? Maybe because a broken clock is right twice a day or the WS casino continues to screw them betting the wrong way?
