Mike,
I would stop posting if I were you. Seems that the NASD and SEC are really out to get brokers that are spreading blatant misinformatuion on the internet about stocks.

They also liked the fact that you are calling and posting shareholders in this forum while at work and at home. And also the cold calls to other brokers in different brokerage house snooping around and trying to find out information about their RMIL client lists. Does not sound good., and I would hate to be in your shoes!

I have to take issue with point 4 here. The certificate has been stopped at the transfer agent. That makes it worthless to RMIL. Could you cash a check with a stop payment order on it?

And those shares are now long in PRTI shareholder's acounts. They can't be in two places at once.

Where are the stock powers delegating Puhr the authority to turn that certificate over to RMIL?
