And it infuriates me that if he doesn't run and has to step aside, it will be because of an ignorant electorate that has no idea of what any president actually has to deal with.

It is impossible without the support of your people.

The fact that they would not support a black president, preferring to replace him with the likes of Perry or Bachmann will damn this American era to be the ones to have to turn off the switch.
