Cause this spat with the networks is HUGE for Netflix. Singularly Netflix. Apple does not face this vexing dilemma. At all. Quite the contrary. Everyone faces this dilemma ultimately. The content war is coming, and this is the beginning of it earnest. Apple will be bidding for content just like everyone else. The fact that they have deep pockets buys them time, but not necessarily profit margins.
