Good news on Tyrod. Yes, that was one heck of an opening game. Living in Arizona, I don't get to attend many Tech games, but was there last year for the opener against JMU. Pure torture! And the rain didn't help any, either. My only saving grace was that I earned my Masters degree at JMU (but that didn't help much!)

This year's start is much better. Hope it points to a bowl bid down the road!

And congrats to Coach Beamer for his 25 years of excellence at Va Tech!
