The markets seem to be trading in a narrow range. I expect this to occur through next spring. If WAVE makes it past this period and gets an OEM agreement, then maybe we'll see some gains in the share price. I believe this is a good time to accumulate cash to buy stocks when the market resumes its upward advance. Bear in mind I don't have a CFA title.
