Thanks for the supporting link. It's always nice when you can back up your statements, but you don't actually consider the rumors out of Digitimes "fact," do you? Here's better sourced report saying Asus shipped 400K units cummulatively as of June (Asus' FY Q2) and plans on 800K in Q3 (July-Aug-Sept). These is Asus' actual Q2 Earnings Presentation Slides, which I would consider the authority on Asus's business. So they might have shipped 1 million so far, by an actual credible account.

Moreover, those are only shipment numbers. You also assert widespread sell out, but the Transformer is widely available at all retail outlets and isn't even the best selling Tablet on Amazon anymore. Besides, I don't see any reason for Google to lie about the OS breakdown number they provide for the benefit of their developers, so at the current sell through rate of 400K a month for ALL honeycomb tablets, and I can't see the inventory situation improving for Asus if they really stuff 800K into the channel for the quarter.
Amusingly, the best selling Android tablet at Amazon is the Galaxy Tab 7", which is DESTROYING the Honeycomb tablets. Might be time for you to buy it back; seems like it's the Android tablet to have! LOL.
