If our preliminary analysis proves accurate" Just kidding of course! But this news article basically says that the merger is with the lawyers for review. I see this as a merger with someone that will turn this boat around. Much better than the "other" alternative. The perfect scenario is someone with production capabilities to restart the marketing leads, possible work etc. and manage this business correctly. In this business area a 10 man office should be capable of doing 1mill in business a year with about 200 to 300k in profits - if this is done we could see a 25cent stock in a year IMO. If you don't like the risk don't dive in!! Bill
