Can't they impeach him? He serves no one but himself by staying in power. Well, it's sort of what they are doing now...through the legal process. The man is a pig and unworthy of the office he holds... Okay. I didn't understand how the Italian system works. Maybe they can move it along......last thing you want is your PM trashing the country. Is the PM elected by the people or by his party? The PM is appointed by the president who is elected by parliament...the political process is fragmented into multiple political parties...coalitions are often required to govern...these coalition often come apart and government fails a vote of confidence...and the PM or the president have to start from scratch reforming a government...it's a mess Are they planning to revamp the system? This chaos in the Italian political system has been going on since I was a kid.
