WiFi traffic control from browsers involved Wifi radio off, double click on mouse or touch screen to turn on radio to use gateway router. This will allow 3000 users(preregistered) per gateway router for community gateway. And each user in the community can be charged a monthly fee of $9.95(1-2 mbps) or $19.95 and even higher data rates. This service is an extra unsecured(less expensive extra data channel) service for cabletV set-top box customers? Adds more data channels for each installation.

This will change Wifi usage. Free WiFi at public places will continue. At home convenience is valuable service.

Arrs has yet offer such service for new revenue for cableTV suppliers. Without new products, Cable has no excitement.

Maybe a new service for subsidiary Telewires?

Footnote:
Unsecured status is modified by bit torrent downloads and uploads. Hackers had to break into download manager software using up to 10 servers at the same time?
