Kenneth, what I can see some of the LLC Companies doing, dropping their healthcare plans and paying the penalty. Then individuals will go into the government exchange program where the Dept. of Health Commissioner bids against the insurance companies for lower rates. The result will be movement toward a "Single Payer" system that President OBama wanted. Again, OBama wins!!!

If OBama is defeated, I can not see the radical Republicans taking away all the healthcare benefits which individual voters have acquired. But, the drug companies will sure try since they have control of the House and have control of the Senate according to the Senate rules where a minority of 41% vote can control the majority.

The false statements that the Republicans have only 1/3 of the government is just a bald face lie if the Senate

Rules come into play. A Senate minority controls the majority!
