I see even some desirable built out single family areas in the larger metro areas down here in FL with little inventory prices have gone up some from two years ago especially if the home is updated..Most anyplace else is down 45-70% down here and either flat of still falling slowly.. There are similarities to CA but we just don't have much of a real economy here to speak of..
