Torrance is within 5 miles of the coast. They are not making any more coastline in CA. CA's high prices aren't going away.......at least not until a few million leave the state. There is a reason why prices are higher in CA than elsewhere and that reason also isn't going away. CA has the best climate in the US and one of the few places in the world to have a Mediterranean climate. People love it......and are willing to pay a premium to live in it.

Prices still way too high in even the better working class hood of Torrance,CA or is this the turn up to being worth a million in 2025?..

I see even some desirable built out single family areas in the larger metro areas down here in FL with little inventory prices have gone up some from two years ago especially if the home is updated..Most anyplace else is down 45-70% down here and either flat of still falling slowly.. There are similarities to CA but we just don't have much of a real economy here to speak of..
