post-procedure lunch was one big japanese feast
and dinner, with the guys, ostensibly to celebrate life, was all-beef burger w/ cheese, bacon, fried egg, and mushrooms on the side, w/ lots of fried potato
they caught one polyp, definitely not cancerous, but doing test to see the sort and to report back on whether it was the sort that would eventually have turned to cancer, and had it, probability of malignancy
i do not value due diligence at all

i really do appreciate dumb luck most of all
my exam was first intended to be in 2008 / 2009. i procrastinated until now ("i don't have time", "what happens if they find something and it is too late", etc etc), that now that i have a just-turned-1 son together with a soon-to-turn-7 daughter, i delay no more.

i note the dynamics of two bros vs older brother n younger sister vs older sister n younger brother are sooooo different
