CHICAGO, Sept. 7, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company (Nasdaq: RRD - News) today announced that it has acquired Lemont, IL based Genesis Packaging & Design Inc., a full service provider of custom packaging, including designing, printing, die cutting, finishing and assembling.
