LOL Do they really have to actually publish such drivel just because they can't think of anything else to say? Perhaps oil is "surging" (i.e. going back to where it was just a couple of days ago!) on expectations driven by the Obama speech tomorrow. I suggest that this is just as ludicrous a possible explanation, but it is far more credible than his. The Gulf Coast has plenty of oil. Kahn's Associated Press editor should be fired. S&P
