The preparation nowadays is pretty painless, 2 8 oz. bottles of magnesium hydroxide and 2 laxative pills. This guy did my last one last yr, at almost 80 yrs old he is still one of the best in the world and he performs some laser polyp removal techniques that very few others are equipped to do, at least in the US. He also does all procedures in his office rather than having to go to the hospital.
