DTXJ --JPMorgan Double Short US 10 $43
Something to watch this fall. I've been keeping
shorting treasuries in the back of my head for
a few years now, but rates never turn up, stagflation
never shows up. Still...

But maybe a better idea is just to borrow at these
low rates. I check the bank rates and my credit union
rates, but the five or six grand in fees to borrow a chunk
of real money as a mortgage loan always turns me off.

My credit union had a no fee loan, that looked tasty,
but you had to have a current loan out--too bad I paid
my mortgage loan off a few years ago, ha!
