China grand script has many subscripts due internal conflict of interests of groups of people who do not want to work for the overall benefit of the Chinese economy or its consumers.

It may not be due to their intent, it results from the inexperience working along other people of different cultures.

I can recall you saying once: Chinese people will always try their own way and only go seek outsiders once they failed. This is not the most intelligent course of action since the common knowledge held by non-Chinese are huge.

Once I asked a Chinese businessman friend of mine here: Why don't Huawei and ZTE just bring senior people from Portugal and Brazil and put them in charge here and Angola. I can see day by day they losing money because of the Chinese who come to learn by doing.
I concluded saying that all multinationals have been doing that for the past 100 years. It is nothing new.

He said this is Chinese culture. It is very strong. They will not change that. I am here wondering how many Chinese with good knowledge are not now in China due to this rejection of the pool of knowledge Westerners hold and cannot be applied.

See, the US just doctored the past resume of the Nazi scientist and won the space race based on the Nazis' knowledge.

All the Western Europe is what they are not by design. That thing is a laboratory. All kinds of social experiments have been tried there. If they do not do otherwise, today, is because they have experience on the possible outcomes.
