It amazes me that posters have, in general, avoided the topic of Behre Dolbear. Specifically, their absence from the 11/14/97 Press Release.

After years of working with IPM, after months of supposedly digging up bulk samples of dirt and running them through tests, there is no mention of B-D.

IPM minimizes this absence by saying they couldn't get the right contact at B-D to sign off on the PR. Nonsense! After waiting 4 1/2 months (since the AGM), IPM can't wait another day or two to get proper sign-off from their highly touted mining consultants? At the worst case, if IPM felt it MUST release the news, they should have noted that a B-D statement would be released within xx hours - and then done so.

Isn't it odd that B-D, after collecting, securing, and verifying the assay/recovery process(es) of BRX dirt, that NO mention of B-D is made in the press release? As for IPM, if B-D reported results to the company, the company is, I believe, legally obligated to release these results. From my perspective it sure seems like IPM has withheld information that materially affects not only the validity of their claims (for .25+ opt of au), but the proper valuation of the company. If this information was available several weeks (months?) ago, IPM has placed itself in a very precarious legal position.

As for those that seem to be upset with B-D for "not delivering the goods", maybe it's because the goods weren't there to deliver.

bobs.
