I did some further follow up with Siskinds since they don't bother to post "minor" developments on the link. Here is what I got back. It's probably safe to say that we / Siskinds didn't have a case. "On August 25, we received Justice Campbell’s decision in which he dismissed the claims based upon the language of the CCAA orders. We are currently consulting with our clients as to next steps."
