Ellen, I would suggest, until further confirmation from the company, a question mark should be placed next to the number of 144 or restricted shares. By the company's own admission, the number is far lower.

Of course, the rest of the number would have to be adjusted as well. Unless you're saying Riley's numbers are better than the company's.
