Please explain to me how exactly Apple adding 100s of carriers around the world ends up losing market share and Google gaining massive market share over the last year...in UK (Apple down 12.3%, Android UP 34.5%), Germany (Apple down 9.2%, Android UP 38.2%), France (Apple down 13.3%, Android UP 16.4%), Japan (Apple down 10.2%, Android UP 39.2%), Australia (Apple flat, Android UP 32.2%), Spain (Apple market share down to 5.7%, Android UP 33.7% to 41.3%)...

It's clearly MORE than 5:1... the numbers above do not lie...
