If they can reach this as a demo now, and produce as he's stated in 1998 at .13 microns or better, surely there would be a niche market for it. Do you not agree? Perhaps. There are several sources for one-of-a-kind 0.13 (or less) micron devices. SAL claims 0.1 micron capability [ See xraylitho.com ]. However, none wants to pay an arm and a leg for one-of-a-kind except perhaps the CIA or DARPA for a spy sattelite application or something esoteric like that. SAL says it has manufactured 13 XRL steppers. How has this factoid improved your life? Will JM's 0.13 microm or better shake up the IC world? I doubt it. Niche market competing for orders vs. SAL, IBM, et al??? Beats me. Tulvio
