OT - Watch Those Intervertebral Disks Pinch and Squeeze Have had back pain for 30 years. It comes and goes. Been having it bad for a month plus now. Went to the doctor. Went to the MRI. Got home with the CD they gave me. Slap into the windows machine. Poof. Instant images of my innards. Amazing what technology has done. Having said all of that. My one disk doesn't look so hot - kind of like a automobile tire with an aneurism. Thinking of Richard Nixon - one of his advisers said WRT WaterGate - once the toothpaste is out of the tube, its awfully hard to get it back it. Don't know what they can do about that. Maybe hang myself by my heels for a month or so. Take care of yourselves when you are young folks. Don't be a hero and lift too many heavy weights.
