Please contact the company and find out the conversion schedule for the Reg. D shares and then post it here. 900,000 shares is a significant number of shares and could influence this stock in a significant fashion.

In my opinion angel hasn't posted anything which warranted your hostile response. Isn't it possible that she was confused about Regulation D shares? Until the schedule for conversion is publicly known, it would be prudent to assume the worst case scenario for the convesion schedules.

There are many in the technical community that have a huge problem with the claims of automation made by this company. Are you going to threaten to sue them as well when there are discussions on technical issues? Or management? Or this company's organization?

In my opinion, shareholders have been misled for quite some time on this thread. Thats my opinion.... are you going to threaten to sue me too? I am turning over every stone, looking in every corner, examining every filing, questioning every technical claim, and researching every other element concerning this company. It is quite possible that you will not like the outcome. Its how I do my due diligence. I will be happy to share the results with you.... and I will.

I only want to find out the truth.... because the truth shall make you free.
