Some interesting information here (some claim the value of water rights, etcetera is significantly higher than the current price like $10000 per share but probably wise to be skeptical of wild claims - apparently there is plenty of water available in California this year). boards.fool.com Thinking about AVTR, JOE here but I think I'll hold off for now (I just want to keep some dry powder in case the market sells off badly into the fall).
