I'll tell ya......my cousin who called himself an R just a year ago now is talking more that he's an independent. People like Cantor are hurting the R brand name even as they think they are doing God's work. More and more Rs are walking away from the party and openly voicing their unhappiness.

People criticize Obama for the way he handled the debt ceiling crisis but frankly, I think he set a trap for Rs and they walked right into it. Their behavior in August gave him the room to be in their faces last nite without getting criticized by Americans. And I think Rs are going to be forced to work with the Dems if they don't want to see their ratings go down to single digits.

Good to see him on the offensive. It is time and I am impressed with his taking the message out to the American people beginning with Cantor's constituents. This Doofus does not even believe in providing relief to his constituents when they are struck with natural disasters, one of which struck recently. But he is all for air conditioning in Iraq's Green zone.

Why does the Govt. run up our debt by taking our money and credit card to maintain a "military of death and destruction" in foreign lands? And in spite of that if you noticed yesterday, we still are subjected to very credible terrorist threats here at home!!!
