Ottawa sticks to new coal power emission rules By Rebecca Penty, Calgary Herald September 9, 2011 9:55 AM Federal Environment Minister Peter Kent dismissed Thursday a suggestion by Alberta Energy Minister Ron Liepert that new draft coal emission rules could change substantially before being made law.
