Greece is 95%, bigger PIIGs will also have to be
restructured. The impact on the banking system in
Europe and at home will not be pretty.

Naturally, Central banks will try to print us
out of this too, so there is high degree of
uncertainty due to lack of predictability of
their actions. I think without any CB action
we will be looking at a pretty bleak picture,
with banking holidays and such. CBs will act,
but both to what degree and the result of their
actions is very uncertain, because, while folks
comment on "PPT", essentially the fate of monetary
policy lies with some pretty clueless government
buerocrats with unpredictable response.
