Seems as if the market doesn't like a lot of biotechs right now. Do you suppose the drop in price of ARRS is because they don't like the merger or is it just a normal down drift resulting from dilution? Or the fear of dilution.

The merger was a surprise to me and I wonder if this is a trend whereby others like SQNA might be gobled up.

You are right though in that it would be a lot easier to get behind the merger if ARRS stock was holding up better. ARRS better be careful or some othe biotech will jump in and best their price! Interesting thought - would biotechs be willing to compete against each other for a prize like SQNA? Wouldn't that be exciting from a stockholders point of view?
