chk is taking frac tech public sometime soon. i remember some quarters ago chk brought in some asian shareholders, singapore, etc., for frac tech, and they made frac tech a subsidiary they said would eventually be spun out. chk owns 30% of frac tech pre-ipo. i found the S-1 from today, and they are changing the name from frac tech to FTS International. the s-1 is appended for anyone who wants to be up to speed. there are some interesting manufacturing photos in the first few pages for those who want to look at some pictures. lots of text too. reuters.com sec.gov
