I guess it doesn't matter what we on SI think of Mr. Fink. What Judge Jones thinks is what matters.

A couple points I forgot last night:

Last Spring it was written here that Freidlich would get GIFT reporting soon, and I would be disappointed that he hasn't, but again, it doesn't really matter. I hope they file with the SEC immediately following a positive verdict, if one forthcomes. If the scope of the patent isn't upheld, who cares.

Also back last Spring when a ruling was expected to be forthcoming, Mel predicted that the case would generate a lot of publicity. So far, there hasn't really been a lot and I do hope that will change.

Finally, I have a question about the term "Markman Hearing". Is that a generic term or does it aplly to this case alone?
