If i remember correctly global warming means record cold winters. Right Kenny? Wait! it is no longer global warming it is "climate change". Climate change means colder winters and warmer winters. As long as the winter's climate changes. Then again it may mean the climate changes as the seasons change.. I am going to need another government grant to really understand this. .
