Update on the killing spree in Carson City: The young lady in the National Guard who was killed during the shooting at IHOP used to work for JXM's dad and is a friend of my daughter's. The shooter actually lived in Lake Tahoe where his family owns a meat market and where he acted as the cashier. It's in the same strip mall as the restaurant where Smithee had lunch when he was riding through Tahoe last year.
