Just ran into an interesting stat. The Patriot Act has been used to arrest 1600 people for drug charges. While at the same time 15 people were arrested for terrorist charges. Money that was earmarked specifically for the war against terror has been stolen to fund the war against drugs. Are we safer now? Our government is willing to undermine our anti terrorism funding to supplement the failed drug war. They have lost their minds. The drugs are 100 times more important than terrorists.
