Paid for by whom.. why is it that we can pay for war in foreign lands so that Halliburton and Blackwater type outfits can make money but when it comes to taking care of our own citizens we do not have the money. The Govt should not be in the war business. Perry needs to ask for investigating the Pentagon along with the Feds. There is all sorts of things that go on in the military.
