By who pays for everything, the taxpayers. I'm with you, we should get out of the war business entirely. Medicare is supposedly paid for by a dedicated tax, but it's been in deficit since it's inception. I'm for helping people who need it and can't afford it, within reason.

The military runs the one of the largest "socialized medicine" operations in American government, but no right winger questions THAT!
