It has been almost two years since DOJ's first raid on Gibson Guitars. In holding over a half-a-million dollars worth of vital production material in custody in less than ideal conditions, the government has still filed no charges against Gibson. This should be seen as a clear violation of the Sixth Amendment to the Constitution.

Amendment VI - In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.

Obama, the worst president ever, appointed the worst attorney general ever. It's too bad they have immunity from lawsuits for their abuses, judicial and otherwise, of the good people of this country.
